Made to order: a tailor-made and eco-responsible service
We have set up a made-to-order service, combining craftsmanship and customization, to offer you a unique experience in our e-boutique. Here are the different stages of making your outfit, with the associated deadlines for each phase.
1. Creation of the pattern and prototype (1 working day)
Upon receipt of your order, we begin by preparing the pattern specific to the chosen outfit. A prototype is then made to ensure a perfect fit and test the cut. This initial step allows us to check every detail before launching into production.
2. Cutting of fabrics (1 to 2 working days)
Once the pattern is validated, we carefully select the raw materials and proceed to cut the parts. Each element is checked to ensure a uniform and harmonious rendering, thus ensuring a quality base for assembly.
3. Assembly and finishing (5 to 7 working days)
The cut pieces are then assembled by our qualified seamstresses. We make the main seams, add details such as pockets, buttons, or zippers, and refine each finish. This step includes an intermediate quality control to ensure the precision of the assembly.
4. Final quality control and ironing (1 to 2 working days)
Before sending, each outfit goes through a rigorous inspection. We check the conformity of the size, seams and finishes to ensure the absence of defects. A final ironing is carried out so that your outfit is perfectly presentable.
5. Packaging and shipping (1 business day)
Finally, we carefully pack your outfit and prepare it for shipping. Your order is protected with appropriate packaging for safe transport, ready to arrive at your home in the best conditions.
Total lead time: 9 to 13 working days
Our total lead times for custom-made products are therefore 9 to 13 working days . This service allows you to receive an outfit made with care and attention, for a personalized and high-end fashion experience.
We are delighted to offer you this short circuit approach, reducing stocks and allowing us to respond precisely to each order.
